The HR Collective is committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company (if given), email address, phone number (if given), the service you’re enquiring about, and your message. We do not collect this information through any other means on this website.

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the services you’ve requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived here. This helps us improve the site and its content. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information anonymously in aggregate; it does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Data retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and any period required by law thereafter.

Cybercrime & email fraud

Please be aware of the risk of cyber fraud, particularly involving email communication and banking details. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of an email claiming to be from The HR Collective, or about our banking details, contact us directly to verify before acting on it. The HR Collective is not responsible for losses resulting from intercepted emails or payments made to fraudulent accounts.

Emails sent from The HR Collective are intended only for the named recipient and may contain confidential or privileged information. If you receive an email from us in error, please notify us and delete it; any distribution, copying, or use of its contents by an unintended recipient is not permitted.
