From liquor licensing to labour law, recruitment and payroll, we keep South African businesses compliant, properly staffed, and free to trade.
Compliant. Staffed. Licensed.
Who we are
A South African business doesn’t run on good intentions. It runs on being licensed to trade, correctly staffed, and compliant with the law. The HR Collective is the specialist partner behind that: liquor licensing, labour law, recruitment and payroll, handled by people who know exactly what South African regulation requires.

About
Run by Marnus Leon van Wyngaard.
The HR Collective is built around direct, hands-on expertise, not a large firm with layers between you and the person doing the work. Every engagement, from a liquor licence application to a labour dispute, is handled with the same practical, commercially-minded approach.
